Island Storytellers

The Island Storytellers is a friendly and open-invitation storytelling group that meets on the third Thursday of every month from 7pm till 9pm (ish!) for a casual story circle somewhere on the Isle of Wight.

Tellers and listeners alike, all welcome. Stories told, not read, and no longer than ~5-8 minutes each, unless by arrangement.

GREEN, Ventnor Library, July, 2023, as part of Ventnor Fringe, 2023: an evening of tales on the theme of “Green”.

GRIM(M) TALES AFTER DARK, Ventnor Library, Tuesday 26th July 2022 – 7.30pm – 9.30pm, as part of Ventnor Fringe, 2022: an evening of storytelling that included grim local stories, darkly humorous yarns and folk tales collected by the brothers Grimm.
